Chestnut Place is committed to making both our home and our website usable by everyone.
Our standard
We aim to meet WCAG 2.2 level AA good practices: semantic structure, logical headings, keyboard operability with visible focus, labelled form fields, descriptive link text, image alt text, sufficient colour contrast, and support for reduced-motion preferences.
Ongoing work
Accessibility is reviewed whenever content or design changes. Third-party embeds may not fully match our standard; we choose accessible alternatives where practical.
In the home
The home offers a wheelchair-accessible ramped entry, wide doorways and hallways, accessible bathrooms with grab bars, and adjustable care beds.
